"BOSS OF MY BLADDER" Vag Stretch Lab for Urinary Incontinence & Poor Bladder Control

This stretch lab is dedicated to showing you exercises and educational concepts to support more confidence in your natural ability to control your bladder! You'll get clear on what your body needs for optimal bladder control: pelvic floor flexibility, strength, muscle coordination, and sufficient support from surrounding structures! We then support those needs in this lab with exercises to target: 

1.  Breath control, diaphragm engagement and pressure management

2. Bio mechanics including postural support and positioning

3. Booty & Belly exercises to optimize bladder function and support

4. Basking (release) exercises for pelvic floor muscle relaxation

 

We do all of this in 1 hour! If you feel insecure or anxious about leakage, constantly needing a bathroom, or overall bladder chaos at all, then this Vag Stretch Lab is for you! Your bladder can be trained to bow to you as the Vagina CEO you are! When working to strengthen or relax your pelvic floor, please be advised that this takes time and will not happen in one week or a couple of weeks.
